Candidates who cannot find their college or university in this listing are eligible to apply. The absence of an institutional listing indicates only that an official representative has chosen not to register here. This person is usually appointed by the Provost and is often the same person who manages nominations for other highly competitive major programs such as the Marshall, Rhodes, or Truman Scholarships. There is one person on each campus. In the event that there are two or nore people listed for an institution, candidates should confirm that they are working with current information.
